電磁爐測試方案

電磁爐是一種基于電磁感應原理的廚用加熱電器,由高頻感應加熱線(xiàn)圈、高頻電力轉換裝置、控制器等部分組成,利用交變電流通過(guò)線(xiàn)圈產(chǎn)生方向不斷改變的交變磁場(chǎng),渦旋電場(chǎng)推動(dòng)處于交變磁場(chǎng)中的導體的載流子運動(dòng),從而在內部出現渦旋電流,渦旋電流的焦耳熱效應使導體迅速升溫,最終實(shí)現加熱。


針對電磁爐的相關(guān)測試,SUITA提供高精度的數字功率計SPA3200、數據采集儀SDR1000以及回饋式交流電源SPSA4015R,利用回饋式交流電源為電磁爐模擬充電,通過(guò)數字功率計和數據采集儀對電磁爐的能耗比、輸入輸出以及功率因數等參數進(jìn)行高精度測量。此外,儀器還配備了功能完善的上位機軟件,便于工程師快速處理分析測量數據,綜合評估電磁爐的熱效率,驗證電磁流量計的安全保護功能,推動(dòng)電磁爐的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)和后期維護進(jìn)程,改善用戶(hù)體驗,為電磁爐市場(chǎng)注入新的活力。
